Cancellation Policy

Reservations and Confirmations All sessions must be booked in advance via WhatsApp, email, or the form on the website. Session confirmation is only made upon receipt of payment. Session Length All sessions (individual, couple, or group) last 60 minutes. Package Validity Sessions must be held weekly. Unused sessions within the validity period will not be refunded, except in exceptional circumstances agreed upon with the coach. Cancellations and Rescheduling A session may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged as a used session. If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered cancelled and non-refundable. Payments Payments can be made by bank transfer or the methods indicated on the website. For packages, full payment must be made before the first session, unless otherwise agreed upon with the coach. Confidentiality All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential. No personal data or session content will be shared without the client's consent. Responsibility Coaching is a process of personal and motivational support. It does not replace professional medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. The client is responsible for any decisions made during or after sessions. Changes to the Rules The coach reserves the right to update the rules, communicating any changes via email or on the website.
