Cancellation Policy

The free introductory session offered by Chiara Montemurro is a preliminary meeting designed to allow you to get to know us, understand the services offered, and discuss a potential program together, at no cost or obligation. The session duration is set at the time of booking and can be held online or by phone, depending on the information provided during confirmation. Reservations must be made through the website's online system, selecting an available time between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Each slot is updated in real time; after booking, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the details, including the link or number to join. It is the user's responsibility to attend the reserved time. If the session is missed without a minimum of 24 hours' notice, it will be considered cancelled without notice and the user will not be able to book another free session. Exceptional circumstances, such as illness or unforeseen emergencies, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with prompt notification. Schedule changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance; Late or uncommunicated requests may result in the loss of the session. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for adhering to the rules of participation.
